The first three images are possible examples of the student-user spaces. The MYPB4L, Dashboard, and School Feed spaces all contribute towards the overall app experience.
My PB4L- This is a space where students will be able to access and track their Value Points (Incentives) that they have earned, view and edit their avatars, review video submissions, and track the badges that they have earned.
School Feed- This space would be where videos are submitted, viewed and voted for. The videos would be created and uploaded by students, and relate to the weekly behaviour focus. Creators of the video would receive votes from peers, and these votes would contribute in some way as Value Points (That relate to the Values). This is the area where pro-social behaviour would hopefully be taught collaboratively by peers, for their peers.
Dashboard- This would be the landing space (home screen) for the app, and would be the main contribution to the gamification side of the app. Leader-boards could be displayed (Top VP earners per week), as well as in-school viral video submissions. The foundational focus around a gamified approach is based upon the rewarding and tracking of VPs (Value Points) which can be rewarded by a teacher for positive behaviour shown in the physical world, as well as gained by receiving likes on video submissions for the weekly behaviour focus. (i.e. 10 video votes = 1 VP).
Students would receive rewards, badges etc for the VP points that they earn. Another possibility is that they could be able to "Level up" in each of the focus areas (Enviro, Self, and Peer). For example a student who reaches X number of Enviro VPs, Each level gained would unlock additional functionality in-app.
Teacher View- Staff would have access to a Teacher-user app which would allow them to hand out VP's to students who are displaying the school values during school hours. This could be a replacement for the current Gold card system that is currently used in school.
It is important to state that this is only a staring point for us to work from, and engage with our community with. We intend to adapt and make changes to this initial mock- up as we proceed with our user focus meetings and surveys.

Hey Lou, did you get the chance to check out LiveSchool Inc? It may provide you with some useful ideas. Look forward to watching your progress..
